The 17th China International Battery Technology Exhibition (CIBF 2025) will be grandly held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 15th to 17th, 2025. At this grand event focusing on the deep integration of intelligent manufacturing and green energy, STEP · ADTECH robot, with the core concept of "speed, precision, and innovation", launched a four axis SCARA robot full scene solution for lithium battery production. Through the demonstration of multiple core processes such as high-speed material transfer, dynamic tracking and grasping, aerial photography and grasping, and heavy load handling, it demonstrated the technological high ground of domestic robots in the field of new energy intelligent manufacturing, attracting high attention from the industry.

As a heavyweight new product that made its debut, ADTCH's all-new Yunxia Expressway SCARA is fully tailored to market and user needs. It adopts advanced modular design and achieves optimal structural rigidity and weight balance through static and dynamic simulation technology. The standard cycle time is as low as 0.24 seconds, making it highly suitable for lithium battery stacking scenarios. It can be applied to scenarios such as lithium battery stacking, photovoltaic cell handling, food and pharmaceutical sorting and packaging.

The YR series heavy-duty SCARA robot is designed for applications with compact space, heavy loads, high beat rate, and high precision. The maximum movement radius can reach 1200mm, the maximum load is 50kg, the repeat positioning accuracy is ± 0.03mm, and the maximum load inertia is 2.4kg. ㎡. It has the characteristics of heavy load, high rigidity, high cycle time, and high precision, meeting the needs of battery cell loading and unloading processes, and is suitable for industries such as lithium batteries, automotive parts, food and beverage packaging and palletizing.

ADTCH's CR4115 quadcopter SCARA robot, paired with a flexible vibration disc and ADTCH's AVS vision system, is used for sorting and loading battery cell explosion-proof valves. Through its multi gripper design and excellent multi-point continuous flying technology, it significantly improves production efficiency and can achieve high-precision sorting and swinging discs of 36-40pcs/min. It is suitable for precision manufacturing industries such as 3C electronics, photovoltaics, lithium batteries, automotive electronics, aerospace military, and chip semiconductors.

ADTECH's ARJ-L10-20 clean SCARA, combined with ADTECH's AVS vision system, is applied to the sorting and boxing of soft pack battery cells. It adopts linear trajectory dynamic tracking technology and is suitable for the scanning and boxing process of battery cell detection. It is suitable for industry applications such as battery cell sorting and boxing, 3C electronic detection loading and unloading, bagged food boxing, and drug boxing.
The upgraded version of FR5215B lifting SCARA robot from STEP · ADTECH, combined with the Zhongwei Xing AVS vision system, is applied to the sorting and boxing of soft pack battery cells. It adopts dynamic tracking technology of circular arc trajectory and is suitable for battery detection processes with compact space and high cycle requirements. Multiple perspectives and features can be inserted into the circular arc path for detection. This solution is efficient and can reduce the transportation of battery cells, reduce the risk of collision and short circuit of battery cells. Suitable for applications such as cell sorting and boxing, 3C electronic inspection loading and unloading, rubber miscellaneous parts inspection loading and unloading, glass panels, and hardware grinding loading and unloading.
